How confident will I feel after the programme?
The aim is that you will have the capability to use The Confident Consultant Blueprint with your clients. And if there is any area you’re not sure about, there is support available, so you will have back up if you need it.
This enables you to approach clients with complete confidence in your ability to help them. Once you have been through the process with a client or two, and see their results, you will know for sure that you have a valuable professional service to offer, that you can help SMEs fast, and you can earn a great living for yourself.
You’ll soon be entirely confident about all aspects of your new career.
Will I be able to do this straight after the programme?
Yes, the next day if you have a client waiting! The programme will provide the rigour you need to work confidently with SMEs immediately. Crucially you will have all the material required to be seen and to act as a trusted and valued advisor.
Does it make a difference if I have been in business for a while or just starting up?
The good news is that the materials are designed as ‘stand alone’ and are complete in their own right. They are therefore perfect for setting up a new consultancy practice.
They can be blended with existing materials – to add a new string to your bow and strengthen a current offering if you are already in practice.
The system is therefore ideal for a start-up business consultancy, or a powerful addition to an existing consultancy, training or coaching business portfolio.
If this programme is so impactful why doesn’t it take much longer to learn?
A good question! The answer lies in the fact that this is a ‘blueprint’ – the theory and ethos has been distilled into a set of powerful, practical tools that you can learn to use easily. You do not need all the background knowledge that has gone into their development. An understanding of business is an advantage, but on the whole, you just have to understand how to apply the tools at your disposal. It’s like the difference between building a car and driving a car.
Also, as Peter explains:
“I have taught at Business School, so I’m very familiar with how we learn in our higher education system. I have also, as a student, been frustrated that my learning has been so slow. I really felt that I and my fellow students could grasp the material far faster than it was being delivered.
I have a reputation for making the complex simple and that is how this programme is built. You need to make a difference with your clients quickly or they won’t want you around for long. I feel the same. That is why the programme is constructed the way it is.”
Have you got any working examples you can share?
These are just a few Case Study examples:
A. Sole Trader
I was called in to consult with an individual who worked from home, running a small design and delivery business. They wanted to expand their company, and grow in a safe and controllable way, but were not sure how to achieve this. Working together, we rapidly clarified the direction they were looking to go, and goals they wanted to achieve.
Then they created a plan to deliver the expansion they were after. The client was delighted – the plan provided a clear path to business growth, success and profitably.
B. Professional Accountancy Practice
The owner, an accountant of many years’ standing, needed help to review the practice. He established a new business plan, a clear route map and defined the actions needed to move forward. Within a single year the practice had expanded by over 70%. The owner had recouped the fee paid many times over and was a very happy person.
C. Manufacturing Company
Working with the business owners and general manager we looked at what the business did and the way it ran. A plan of action was developed, for the first time in 30 years!
The sales team were taken through some fresh training, and it was not long before they filled their order book, and looked to move to new premises. A great result.
D. London Mid-Size Management Consultancy
I was approached to work with a high performing team of management consultants from a leading consulting firm. The object was to build on their already established abilities, increase their skill set and strengthen their offering. I did this using material that is in The Confident Consultant Blueprint. The result? A delighted client and very unusual request!
Are there further fees to pay or restrictions on how I practice using The Confident Consultant Blueprint?
Absolutely not. All the income you make using The Confident Consultant Blueprint is yours.
I am sure you agree you don’t want to be thinking: “How much do I need to pay out at the end of this month or year in franchise or license fees?” So, to be clear, there are none.
I set an objective for this programme – I wanted to share the information at a very reasonable investment level. I also had no wish to tie you into a relationship where a percentage of your income is spent on franchise requirements or expensive license fees.
I am keen to ensure the reward for your hard work is your own. It also allows you the freedom to work with your clients as you wish.
The aim is to allow you to concentrate on making a difference, without distraction.
